While the wine was really nice and so was the venue unfortunately we didn't receive the service we expected from this type of venue. We were in a larger pre booked group and found the service to be very slow and uninformative about the wines being provided. A bit of a disappointment to say the least. Maybe a better experience next time.
The establishment is nice amd the wine i tried was great. However paying $25 minimum for tasting is a money grab. if the fee was removed from bottle purchase it would be better. McLaren vale has some gems around and I can see the locals shunning businesses adopting this method.
Delicious wines served in a beautiful setting. Some staff can be a bit 'pushy' and rude but most staff friendly and helpful.
